PPC, or Pay-Per-Click Advertising is a form of SEM. You pay for your website or advertisements to be embedded into your Google searches. However, you only pay when someone actually clicks on that link. This is commonly known as Google Ads. You can see PPC in action when you go to Google and search for something. The first one or two spots at the top are usually marked with ‘ad’ in front of the URL. This means that someone paid to have those appear up at the top
